"In my early professional years I was asking the question, How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?" Carl Rogers

My story

I obtained my Masters in Social Work in 2018 from University at Buffalo School of Social Work. My undergraduate degree is in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology. I find people are very fascinating and I enjoy learning about people.

I started my social work career by providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents in a community mental health setting. I was eventually promoted to Assistant Program Director, but I missed clinical work. I really value the relationships I develop with my clients. I also served as the Officer of Communications for the Western New York Trauma Collaborative. In 2022, I joined a group practice and expanded my work to adults, in addition to children and adolescents. As of 2025+, I am enjoying my solo practice.

When I'm not working, I like to travel, spend time with my friends, family & pets (a pug and a cat), play board games, read, enjoy live music, and play video games.
